Topless Beach - Here we go again

I took my two kids who are 5 and 7 down to see what's left of the Oriental. Drove a few miles past the inlet and parked with 3-4 other cars. We walked across the dunes and just as I was making the crest I noticed not one but 8-10 topless and fully nude girls who seem to be in their late teen's or early twenties. I could not believe my eyes. I quickly turned the kids around saying the ship was completely gone but not before I caught another glimpse of all those perky breast. Is this common??? I've been coming to the Outer Banks for 20 years and never seem that many naked chicks so close to the dune entrance.
